Dalyellup Light Towers and Usage in 2010
The lights are now working and David Whitfield has the key to the meter box to turn them on and off.
The lights are charged on the basis of $7.00 per hour per tower.
Our area - under Tower #5 (Eastern most Tower) - provides enough light generally for a couple of squads to share if needed.
The senior womens team usage of the lights for 2010 has been estimated to be around $570 for 2010. Teams using the grounds on different nights will increase the cost to the club.

The lights can be turned on by around 6.15 pm on Tue/Thur nights for those that need them.  All coaches need to inform David Whitfield of their intended training days and times so he can get some control of the situation and keep the Council informed. A record of times the lights are used will be needed so we are not over-billed by the Council or by another clubs usage. (Entered 21st March)

Juniors Registration Day - 2010 season
We have decided to have Registration Day at the same time, date and place as the Seniors registration this season.  Season fees are $110 per player.

Date: Sunday 21st February 2010
Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: Dalyellup Community Centre
Juniors: Mixed teams -Under 6s to Under 16s, Girls teams - Under 15s & Under 17s.
Inquiries - Louise Jones - 97953080

If you can't attend the Registration Day contact Nerida by email on registrar.juniors@dalyellupfc.com.au for assistance.

Alternatively, online registration is available through the MyFootballClub.com.au website. This is a new process for the club and for the Registrar so some things may not go according to plan.  It is being adopted throughout Western Australia so there is a lot of support being provided to make the process "user-friendly".  However, when it is all up and running smoothly it will make registrations easier each season.  Note that our club will not be utilising the pay on-line facility this season and that the details on the MyFootballClub website about Registration fees are currently incorrect.  Our fees are $110 per player.

Download or view the Player Self Registration process document to make an online registration. (Firefox or Internet Explorer are the recommended browsers for completing an on-line registration.) (Entered 1st February.)

Help!
A few people have offered help with Registration Day on Sunday 21st February at the Dalyellup Community Hall from 10am -1pm.
However the club will be forced to re-amalgamate with the Seniors if we are unable to have a meeting to get a Committee together. Below is the information for the meeting at Craig Smith's shed in Gelorup.
Date: Monday the 15th February
Time: 7pm
Address: 75 Hastie Road, Gelorup (Approximately 1.7km from h/way ,on left, last house before Jules Rd).

The Juniors are in serious danger of not being a viable club in 2010 without volunteers to fill roles on the club committee and to "kick start" the season.  Once players are registered and coaches/managers identified the season usually unfolds without incident, under the guidance of the Country Coastal Junior Soccer Association (CCJSA).  However, we can't commit the teams to the CCJSA competition without volunteers to assist as Treasurer, Secretary, President, Coaches Coordinator, Equipment Officer, Grounds Coordinator, Referees Coordinator, Fundraising Coordinator etc on the Committee.

See the Committee – Juniors page on this website for a description of the roles where you could provide assistance to create a viable club.
If you can't make it to the above meeting please use the Contact Us page on this website to offer your assistance or for further inquiries.  (Entered 11th February.)

Dual Registration
Dual registration for juniors wishing to play for South West Phoenix and a CCJSA club in 2010 is not allowed.  See Football West
letter for details. (Entered 4th Jan.)
